By registering in our system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

WHO WE ARE

EMB25 is a platform designed to offer an agile, transparent, and accessible solution where each contribution represents a step towards financial independence. We are a community committed to solidarity and abundance, created to transform lives through a unique system of direct donations between members. Our goal is to foster prosperity for all involved in a safe and trustworthy environment.

HOW EMB25 WORKS

EMB25 is a direct donation system between members, with 8 participation phases. From Phase 1 (with a $2 contribution) to Phase 8 (with a $600 contribution), each participant has the opportunity to receive up to 3 donations in each phase, thus closing the cycle. To continue participating, a new donation must be made in the corresponding phase. The phases of the system are independent, and donations are made directly between members, using bank accounts or virtual wallets. This process ensures speed and trust.

EMB25 does not interfere with or manage user funds. Transactions are carried out directly between members without the platform's involvement.

MORE ABOUT EMB25

Users are required to pay a monthly membership fee of $5, which grants full access to the platform, including the ability to create unlimited video conference rooms. Video conferencing is available to all members and serves as a valuable tool for collaboration and knowledge sharing within the EMB25 community.

USE OF THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS

  • All products and services offered on EMB25 can be used within our platform, and in some cases, redistributed according to the terms outlined.
  • You may not redistribute or resell digital products obtained through our platform, whether modified or not.
  • EMB25 owns all the products and services offered. No exclusive intellectual property rights are granted over them.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTIONS

Payments on EMB25 are made exclusively through USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency and card payments via Stripe. EMB25 does not manage or receive payments through platforms such as PayPal.

VIDEO CONFERENCING

EMB25 provides its own video conferencing service through our domain meetingemb25.com, designed for members to interact in real-time. Video conferencing is available to all EMB25 members, who can create conference rooms with no participant limits, provided they follow the rules set out in this agreement. To create meetings, users must register on the platform, but joining them does not require authentication.

PRIVACY POLICY

EMB25 guarantees the security of the personal information you enter. The data required for order validation will not be shared with third parties unless required by a court order or legal requirement.

REFUND POLICY

Since we offer intangible digital products, no refunds will be made once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product description does not match the product provided.

ANTI-FRAUD VERIFICATION

A client's purchase may be delayed by an anti-fraud verification process. This may involve further investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EMB25 reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. We recommend periodically reviewing these terms.
